CNC RETROFITS

Our CNC Retrofits can Increase up-time and reliability, lower operating costs, reduce cycle times, ease machine operation, and extend machine life. We offer both High-End and Low-Cost Solutions.

PLC UPGRADES

We offer PLC Upgrades for applications that do not require the full capability of a CNC System, but can still benefit from a control upgrade. We specialize in upgrading older machine systems from relay to PLC control.

MOTION CONTROL

Traditionally, CNC has been the control of choice for machine tool applications. However, general motion control (GMC) can be used in many machine tool applications to simplify the overall machine and reduce costs.

DRIVE REPLACEMENT

We have drive replacement solutions for those applications where the old drive system has failed or is affecting up-time. This gives our customers the ability to reduce the cost of total replacement.

HYDRAULIC CONTROL

Many machine tool applications exist with hydraulically controlled axes. At MasterControls, we use Delta Computer Systems Hydraulic controllers to control proportional and servo grade valves.
